ARIA cipher algorithm (RFC5794).
ARIA is a standard encryption algorithm of the Republic of Korea.
The ARIA specifies three key sizes and rounds.
128-bit: 12 rounds.
192-bit: 14 rounds.
256-bit: 16 rounds.
