SHA-224 and SHA-256 secure hash algorithms (FIPS 180, ISO/IEC 10118-3)

This is required for IPsec AH (XFRM_AH) and IPsec ESP (XFRM_ESP).
Used by the btrfs filesystem, Ceph, NFS, and SMB.
