Support for IBM/Lenovo devices that are not fully compliant with HID standard.

- ThinkPad USB Keyboard with TrackPoint (supports extra LEDs and trackpoint
configuration)
- ThinkPad Compact Bluetooth Keyboard with TrackPoint (supports Fn keys)
- ThinkPad Compact USB Keyboard with TrackPoint (supports Fn keys)
