Architecture has old sigaction(2) syscall. Nope, not the same
as OLD_SIGSUSPEND | OLD_SIGSUSPEND3 - alpha has sigsuspend(2),
but fairly different variant of sigaction(2), thanks to OSF/1
compatibility...
