Note: This driver is in its early stages. Right now volume and
frequency control and muting works at least for me, but
unfortunately I have not found anybody who wants to use this card

In order to control your radio card, you will need to use programs
that are compatible with the Video For Linux API. Information on
this API and pointers to "v4l" programs may be found at
Documentation/video4linux/API.html.
