Re-program Clocks while Kernel boots?

modulename: clocks-init.ko

configname: CONFIG_BFIN_KERNEL_CLOCK

Linux Kernel Configuration
└─>Blackfin Processor Options

└─>Re-program Clocks while Kernel boots?
In linux kernel since version 2.6.24 (release Date: 2008-01-24)
This option decides if kernel clocks are re-programed from the
bootloader settings. If the clocks are not set, the SDRAM settings
are also not changed, and the Bootloader does 100% of the hardware
configuration.
